I agree. 2.9 was the last good update. File transfer has been broken and doesn't work on iPhone 6 on 8.4, 6s on 9.0.1, and iPad mini on 9.1

Figured out the work around. When selecting pictures/videos from card then after downloading. The pictures are saved in the app. On the main screen click photo icon on top then the files you downloaded again and click the share button and then save images. Got the 3.0.1 update today and still not able to download pictures/videos
