I'm able to connect to a flash drive and a powered external hard drive. Not tried anything else yet.

Nexus 6P, Nikon d7100 & qDSLRDashboard 3.5.1
I've been using DSLRDashboard on my Nexus 7 tablet to connect to a Nikon d7100 for a number of months, both wifi & USB. Recently got the Nexus 6P smartphone and have been trying it out with qDSLRDashboard. The wifi connection seems to be working fine, but I have not had any success with a USB co...

Re: no record function SONY a 6000
Got the a6000 firmware and Smart Remote updated to the latest versions. I can now connect wirelessly and control all camera settings except AF. I have not been able to establish a connection by USB.

Re: Controlling SONY A7RII thru USB ?
I'm having the same issue with the a6000, but, with exception of AF, all other functions seem to work fine with wifi. Had to update the camera firmware and Smart Remote application first though.

Re: no record function SONY a 6000
Don't know if my problem is any way related to yours as I'm using an Android tablet, However, as camera issues may be part of the problem, I'll pass this info on. My a6000 is currently running Smart Remote 4.0. There is an upgrade to 4.10 that will apparently solve a number of connection issues. How...

Re: Supported cameras plus devices
qDSLRDashboard has been working fine with my Nikon d7100. Recently got a Sony a6000 as a second camera and have been trying it with Ver 3.3. I am able to connect to the camera; enter Liveview and trigger the shutter. To date I have not been able to change any of the camera settings from the software...

Re: What do I need to control Nikon D7100
I am using the d7100 & WU-1a to connect to a Nexus 7 with qDD 0.29. Works very well together. If using the combination near your router or other wifi source that you normally use, you need to specifically connect the tablet by accessing the connection notification dropdown on your tablet, or thr...

Re: Shutter, Aperture & ISO Dialog
GonzoG wrote:You can change scaling by yourself - "UI scale factor" on main window.
Unfortunately, that does not provide a solution. The dialog boxes continue to cover the exposure indicator even at a scale factor of 1.1.

Shutter, Aperture & ISO Dialog
On my Nexus 7 (2013) the dialog box for shutter speed, etc covers the exposure indicator. Either repositioning the dialog or scaling the box for the screen size so that the exposure indicator is always visible would be useful.
