Re: Kindle Fire HDX to Canon 5D Mklll

Bump. The USB led will come on and sometimes just blink off. I tested my cables to my PC with the Canon utility and it tests fine. My Kindle Fire HDX connects fine with the TP-Link. However, I can only get the camera to connect intermittently. Last time it seemed to be working just fine, then just w...

Re: Indiicator Lights on TP-Link

It worked for a bit last night, just messing around with it at the desk. Then it suddenly stopped. One thing though, the Kndle battery was down around 12%. Will try again tonoght. Maybe just low battery issue. I found a way to change the port so that they matched, although it did work when they did ...

Re: Kindle Fire HDX to Canon 5D Mklll

I was getting a connect for a bit, tried both cam bodies, the 5D Mklll and the 50D. Could go from one to the other, no problem. Then next day and since then, can't get to camera at all.

Perplexing complex issue outght to be a little more simplex for me. Drat.

Re: Canon 5D mkiii and Windows 7 64

If anything like the wireless, you need to use the USB button to connect, the Canon button is only for the woreless tether to a natively wireless Cacon like the 6D.

I think we are on our own.

Re: Indiicator Lights on TP-Link

Found the light settings, but would like to know how to configure, is the camera considered a USB device?

Guessing not many folks actually read the notes on here, looking through all the other questions, don't see many answers.

Re: Indiicator Lights on TP-Link

I guess one thing I am asking, is there a light to indicate the successful camera connection? If not, I seem to remember something when connected and programming via ethernet to assign light, but can't seem to resurrect that screen.

Indiicator Lights on TP-Link

What do the lights indicate? Obviously the wifi and power, what about the furthest out light? Does any indicate connection to camera is successful? I am trying to find the way to get this going every time, right now, not working. No changes I can think of since when it did work. Has anyone come up w...
