Re: qDD internal interval timer accuracy and consistency
Today I figured out something what may help you to solve the issue. I noticed, that right after the qDD app connects to the camera, there is a lots of things going on between the application and the camera. The camera LED indicating access to the SD cars(s) was flashing for about 2 minutes. During t...

qDD internal interval timer accuracy and consistency
Hi Zoltan, I originally recorded a video of the qDD screen in order to illustrate another problem reported in a different thread ( http://dslrdashboard.info/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1446 ). During recording of this video I realized, that the qDD's timer for interval shooting is not always accu...

Re: Total frames counter in LRT mode
Today I made some attempts with qDD in order to find the root of the problem and I've probably found the culprit. This behavior exhibits only when 2 SD cards are inserted and the role of the 2nd slot is configured as BACKUP. Probably the app receives two notifications from the camera and thinks mult...

Re: Total frames counter in LRT mode
In my case I've seť the interval to take picture every 15s which was more than enough for transfering the picture to the device. Slowest shutter speed for HG was set to 5s. After one hour of shooting 240 frames were effectively taken but the total frames reading was 480. The progress of the total f...

Total frames counter in LRT mode
Hi everybody, I'm just shooting some timelapse sequence using qDD and I noticed one thing in the LRT screen. The total frames counter increments by 2 with each image shot. Not that it increases by 2 instantly each time, but it rather increments by 1 right after the picture is taken and then once aga...

Re: Nikon D5500 Wifi to Android Galaxy Note4
There's no need to uninstall WMU. The only requirement is not to try to use both apps at the same time.
On my mobile devices both apps co-exist without a problem.
I prefer using WMU for browsing pictures and transferring them to iPad. For taking photos, qDD is the app of my choice.

Re: Focus point problem
I'd guess that the position of the focus rectangle is one of the camera's properties and cannot be moved in the app independently. The whole AF algorithm in LV is handled entirely in the camera and not by the app. So it wouldn't make sense anyway to move the rectangle in the app without doing anythi...

Re: New iOS version crashes will not load
Cathy, I'm using Nikon D750 via built-in Wifi - no TP-Link router.
And the exact iOS version number on my iPad Air is 8.4.1
