Cross hair for liveview

Hi!

Some form of cross-hair in liveview mode would be nice. This would allow me to align my telescope mount much better. The cross-hair should stay centered while magnifiying.

A question regarding the cross hair.
Should it be in the center of the live view
or should it be in the center of the focus rectangle?

Yes, Crosshairs in the center with zoom (also in the center, this is key) capability would be great.
I am also using your app with my telescope and find it GREAT, it really helps A LOT.

Also, we normally use a "double crosshair" like this one for drift alignment Image , would be super cool to be able to chose between a standard crosshair and this one! :)

I already added a cross-hair for next version
Will see to add a double on. What should be the width (pixels) between the 2 lines?

Wow, you are fast! :)

How many pixels ... uhm, the idea is to have a star between the lines, guess how many pixels depends on the resolution.
Probably it should be something between 5 and 15 so we can see the object between the lines and at the same time we have something pretty constrained.

Also, a nice feature on the crosshair would be the ability to rotate it (on its center), rotation control has to be quite accurate, not just tapping on the screen, but maybe with buttons like [<<] [<] [>] [>>].
We normally rotate the whole camera instead, but that defeats the purpose a of a remote control :P

Technically the functioanlity replaces a thing like this : http://www.celestron.com/browse-shop/as ... e-eyepiece notice the lines in this one are quite apart, but the magnification level is normally way higher than the one of the DSLR, it has a 12.5 mm focal length.
Ah, the lines you see in the eyepiece are slightly bent in the picture, it is due to the lens and not a desired effect.

A couple different crosshair options would be nice. Would be helpful for hyperlapse projects.
