D7000 + Oneplus 5 App not detecting camera

Dear All,

I have a Nikon D 7000 and OnePlus 5. I purchased qDSLRDashboard app. When I connect the Mini USB from D 7000 to Oneplus 5 OTG cable back to mobile. WHen I open the app. Nothing is deducted. Please help.

Check that in qDslrDashboard settings the 'Use Android native USB access' option is enabled.
Use the USB cable that you get with your DSLR.
Try using another USB OTG adapter.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry I was out of online.

The problem is fixed. I used the Nikon Original UBS cable. now it works sweet. But I have another issue which I have posted.
