Bracketing setup (S4 + D90)

Post by xbenech »

Hi,

That's a newbie question but can someone explain the difference between the Bracketing Mode and Custom Bracketing settings?

I am trying to shot (AE bracketing) a simple pattern -2ev -1ev 0 1ev 2ev. It works using Custom Bracketing but I can not make it works not using it. Without using it seems it just do something like -2ev -1ev 0 before going to -2ev?
I set the following settings In Bracketing Mode: [-]>0>[+] 1ev -2 1ev +2
(using Galaxy S4 + Nikon D90)

Maybe I did miss something completely?
Thanks!

It's simple:
Bracketing - is a camera function
Custom bracketing - it's a qDD function

So everything works perfectly normal. Read camera manual and you will know why it's working this way.

Yes, found afterwards that the Bracketing mode was the camera built-in command.
