How do you handle mirror up mode on dslrdashboard using a Nikon when it come to Sky Stacking.?

Currently if MUP is enabled you would need to manually do the capture.
I think the only option would be to add a 'MUP delay' field for controlling the MUP time (probably 3-10 second).
Think MUP would be used only if the user needs more then 3 seconds after the mirror is raised as up to 3 seconds the user can use the ExposureDelay property (off, 1s, 2s, 3s) to raise the mirror before the capture.
