Nikon D7500

Hi,
i am having trouble connecting my Nikon D7500 via USB to my PC, any ideas what could be wrong?

On Windows you should install the WinUSB driver for the camera ( https://dslrdashboard.info/windows-inst ... sb-driver/ )
