[Solved] No automatic photo preview when shutter released form qDD

qDD 0.3.3,
System: Android , Windows
Connection: USB, WiFi via MR3040

There is no automatic photo preview (photos not downloaded to device) when shutter is released with qDD button.
It works fine when shutter is released from camera.

And once again thanks for great job developing qDD.

Forgot that it is with Nikon cameras. Don't know if it is the same with Canon, don't have access now.

Hi I done some testing to see if I had the same results !

Results. I didn't fire up the windows pc but used the iPad and android tablets with the canon 5D mark 2 canon 70D and the Nikon D810 and used the Tp-Link MR-3040 router.
Findings all the cameras listed above once the shutter button on the tablets are pressed the image preview is displayed on both tablets but select image view on iPad you can see the thumbnails but on the android version of Qdslrdashboard 0.3.2 and kitkat on the Samsung Galaxay note 2014 Edition you can not see the thumbnails they Display the file name but are black if you click on them they do bring the picture up If you click on the black thumbnail with the file name .
They correctly display on the iPad 4th gen so seems like it is a android problem .

I have no problems with thumbnails. There just is no automatic download of photos when shutter released from qDD.

That part works ok On my android and iOS versions but my android version is version 0.3.2 beta now gone as the link was pulled.

I have 0.3.2 and it behaves the same, but...

I dug out D5200 and preview works. So it depends on camera model. With D7000 and D610 id does not...

Went through all settings ... and it works now ?: ...

So there are some settings that turn off automatic preview. Possibly it is in Nikon API not qDD its self.
If I find what I did will post it.

Thanks for letting us all know ....once you find out what setting it was it should be included in A new version of the manual under troubleshooting .
