is it possible to connect the nikon D810 with usb 3.0 to a samsung galaxy s tablet with usb 2.0 via usb 3.0 otg adapter?

USB 3.0 is just an extension of USB 2.0. It adds 5 more wires. Without those wires it's just USB 2.0
You won't be able to use USB 3.0 OTG adapter with phone/tablet with USB 2.0 because USB 3.0 OTG uses different plugs/sockets.
To connect to phone/tablet with USB 2.0 you need USB 2.0 OTG adapter. It doesn't matter what type of cable you will use to connect camera to OTG adapter. It will always work as USB 2.0.
