Timelapse not working properly

Hello, I'm using Samsung tab E and Nikon D3200 with both WU-A1 and usb cable. When trying to timelapse the intervals are not stable. On a shutter of 30 secs it fires the first shot and fires the second after a minute or less knowing that I set the intervals to 2 secs or 4 secs. If the shutter is 2 secs and the interval is set to 2 secs it fires the second shot after 4 secs. Please help!
