need cheapest phone models for use with D3300?

I just picked up a Nikon D3300 as part of a bundle that includes two lenses. As I know the D3300 natively won't do exposure bracketing for HDR work, my understanding is that this software with allow it, provided I have a compatible phone with necessary USB and Android 4 or greater. Since I am clueless about such phones as I have never owned one, and since I am planning on using one for this single purpose, I'd like to ask recommendations of where I could find the cheapest models and what ones? Obviously, I want the phone to be able to support this software and the USB requirements. Thanks in advance, Jon
