Not runing properly on IOS! Somebody help!

I bought qDslrdashboard from the apple store, runing good on my iPAD mini2.

Later, I bought it as a gift and sent it to my friend,he install it on his Ipad and Iphone. the APP runing, connect to the camera, but can not view the SD card of the camera, the photo didnot download to the iPad or iPhone.

This app not listed in the "Settings", so it's not allowed to access the "Photos".

Somebody help us please!

On the home quake page click the photos then click refresh button that looks like a counter clockwise button. When downloading it downloads and it's saved in the app. Your photos should come up. If u want to save multiple just click the multi tap and select the pictures then click the share button. On the bottom there's a save images button. This is the only work around. It's been broken the last couple updates. No response from developer and the mods abandon the forum.

@Anekin007: Thanks a lot! I'v told my friend to do that ,but he said, there is nothing happen when he press the refresh button.
