Android ver 3.4.2 problems

Went to view pic in picture directory and this happen when I close the pic off...
All the top boxes go black and also pics are slow to load ....
Also scrolling through pics the boxes are black do load but soooooo slow now

Hi it is a Samsung Glaxay note 10.1 2014 Edition running kitkat .

I reinstalled version 3.0 onto the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition and this problem was not there seems to be introduced in after version 3.0 . Also tried 2.9 and was not there as well.

Is it normal only to be able to record movie if in A (auto mode ) and not M ( Manual mode ) ?

This goes for the iOS version as well !

With Nikon D7000, D5200 and D610 I can record movies in any mode.

I tried with 1 of my Canon 5D mark 2's and it would not work till I switched it to Auto mode did not try AV ,TV or any other mode except Manual which would not work .
