How to store pictures directly to a PC (Win10)

i would like to store my pictures shoot on a 450D connected via USB direkly on my PC with Windows 10. Is this possible?

You can long press the qDslrDashboard 'Capture' button (it will turn red) and then the image is downloaded after capture.
Long press again to switch to camera SD card.

Thank you. Is it also passible when i use the holy grail mode?

I'm not sure. It would be slow down the LRTimelapse process so not sure if it is enabled.
