Hi,
the Sony RX100M3 works almost well with dslrdashboard, but doesn't automatically download the photos in bulb mode. I've tried any modes including Manual and shutter speed up to the maximum (30") and the download starts right after the shot. In Bulb mode the download simply does not start and the photo is not displayed in the program. The problem exist in both Android and IOS app.
