Problems with Sony A7m2

Setting up the connection between the Camera and Dslrdashboard works fine.
The Problem is i cant change ISO or Shutterspeed.
Camera in M-Mode.

Any ideas what i could try?

Also Touch-Focus isn't working... help!

Sony has a strange way of doing focusing while in live view. After you press the live view screen for changing the focus the camera will go into sort of focus mode and it will not allow to change the properties.
Currently to exit this focus mode in qDD you must press the AF button.

That sounds really strange.. that's maybe explaining why the original sony remote app has no liveview at all.

Hey,

i tried it again, connection is no problem but
unfortunately still nothing works, exept taking a picture (it will autofocus before).

So things that do not work:
- changing properties of shutterspeed, aperture, iso, exposure correction and touch autofocus (AF only if you take a picture)

things that do work:
- liveview
- taking a picture or interval pictures are no problem.

the way you described also didnt work.
After that i thought maybe its the old firmware, so i updated to version 1.20. but that also didnt help...

do you have any idea?
if you need a video or further information, just let me know.

Not sure if this helps and also not sure if it apply to A7M2.
A user wrote that he installed the 'Smart remote' application and used that one, and not the one that is part of the firmware.

Aaah sorry My fault! Updating the App on the Camera was the Way to success!
A weird Problem is, that i can Not Choose a bigger Aperture Theo 10.... Everything bigger isnt working!? Same Problem on the Sony App ! Mayer its because of the leae4 Adapter ?

After updating the smart remote app everything works fine.

@flashberger: Sony A7m2 + FE 4/24-70 i can choose an aperture above 10, maybe it is the adapter that causes the problem
