Alternative for Camranger

Hello everybody,
I have a JVC videocamera. I can operate that wirelessly with my iPad, because my camera has WiFi.
I have a MP360 pan/tilt head. It works perfectly.
One minor point: It is wired.
To make the pan/tilt head operate Wireless I can buy a Camranger, but is very expensive (€320).
Does anybody knows a cheeper alternative, and has somebody expirienced with an alternative?
