Missing msvcr120.dll

Desktop Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit operating system
vc_redist.x64.exe ran successfully. Confirmed existence of msvcr120.dll

qDslrDashboard.exe failed - Missing msvcr120.dll

I'm wondering if there is 'path' issue. Other than that, I'm stymied.
Any suggestions?

Try downloading and installing the Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 for the x64 architecture ( vcredist_x64.exe ).
