Hello,

I am trying to use focus stacking with my Nikon D5300 and my Android-Smartphone. There is a problem: I cannot set the focus-points FP1 and FP2 because the Icons left buttom are not avaiable. What's wrong?

Thanks!
Gerhard

Check that the live view focus mode is set to AF-S
Check that your lens focus mode is set to AF
Check that the UI scaling is right, you can change this in qDslrDashboard settings.

Make a screenshot of the device properties screen.

I was not clear, I mean after you establish in qDslrDashboard the connection with the camera open the 'device properties' view for the camera properties and make a screenshot of that so that I can see what camera settings are enabled.

Your focus mode under 'Live view' category is set to AF-A
it should be AF-S

My mistake, sorry. I confused the liveview-AF with the normal camera-AF. Now it works! Thank you very much for your help!
