Crash on all platforms with Nikon D3000

I have both the old android app (from the store), the new android app from your website, and the Windows Program on a 64 and 32 bit PC, windows 8.1 and 7.
When I connect the camera to my phone with an OTG cable, the new app always gets stuck on the "Capture in Progress" screen, the old app only sometimes.
The PC program also often crashes on the same screen.
Another problem is, that I can't switch from camera mode to host mode, except on the old app, so it's impossible to change exposure settings.
