Overview of working Sony models and limitations

Perhaps we can collect experiences with Sony models here and help others with them. I can at least say something about three of them:

A7s III:

USB connection works with live view, setting ISO, aperture and shutter speed. Shutter release also works and review with histogram is displayed even if you only shoot in RAW. This is probably thanks to the "Save PC image size" function (I'm not sure of the English name), which only sends a small JPG image (or original size) to the PC. With 1s interval, the releases are not exactly at the same time interval, with 1.5s it seems to be O.K.
The LRTimelapse mode does not work. Even if RAW+JPG is set in the camera, the app gives the error message that exactly this is not set and refuses further operation in the menu. Same with the next two models
WiFi "Found Sony SonyImagingDevice wireless camera, can't connect" :-(

A7r III:
Same as A7 III but saving is obviously delayed by the USB connection. After the first release, the write LED lights up permanently and the indicator for the buffer also flashes permanently. Even without JPG transfer, I have to maintain a pause of at least 3.5s between shots with short exposure times. Without qdsrDashboard, 1 fps continuously is no problem with the 7r III. Interestingly, this is no longer a problem with longer exposure times - 10.5s Interval at 10s exposure time works fine.

Connecting more than one of this Sony Cameras at the same time via USB does not seem to be possible.
Connecting via DDServer does not seem to be possible

Testet with v. 3.6.11 and an Oppo device with Android 13

Any further cameras? I see the Sony Cameras work with WiFi with the Play memories Smart remote app.

that made me think that cameras like the RX100 V that also support the Smart remote may work too? Has any one tried this ?
