laptop usage

I have this ap on android devices, but would like to get it on my Macbook Pro...in ap store it states the ap is optimized for ipad and iphone...I am reluctant to spend the 10 bux without knowing it would work well on my laptop...comments?

...got it working...now, why won't in go into my aps folder? Some kind of prob with Apple? Go figger...so, one last question, I love the way your ap breaks everything down, but I have another (Case) that provides wifi ability (my D800 needs the help)

You just need to drag/drop the qDslrDashboard.app into your Application folder (at lest here it works)
Not sure I understand the second question. If you mean how to controll D800 over wireless then you can use the TP-Link MR3040 wireless router or any other wireless router that can be installed with OpenWrt (or Linux)
