Your a diamond. Thank you for your help. Everything seems to be good.

On my PC running Windows 10.
With the USB cable connected the 'Connection info' just says 'Searching for USB devices' and nothing else happens.
While writing this I was trying it wirelessly after resetting and reloading everything and it has now connected. Should it still connect via USB though?

I've downloaded the new version 3.5.3 but it still will not connect to my Canon 5D mk4, wired or wireless.
Any idea's?
