It would be possible to put in your "big" wish list the highlight warning on liveview screen ?
The histogram is really a good thing but highlight would be more efficient for a real estate photographer I think.

Perhaps you should made the last firmware upgrade of your camera ?

You are right a profil with all our setting by default should be great :
- Hist Comb = On
- Just BKT = On with my configuration
- LV On
