although I can use the camera controls but have a blank screen showing nothing but controls and when I hit live view Dashboard closes down

When I connect to the camera all I see is a blank screen, and when I use my apple Ipad (I purchased the app) I cannot connect to the Nikon D810

I cannot see what I'm shooting on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Dashboard version 2.7 crashes when used with Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and will Dashboard work on Ipad 2 with tp link 3040 with the same firmware as for the android
