Re: Shoot Raw+JPG, xfer only JPG from cam to qdd?
In Google Play you have year old DSLRDashboard. q DSLRDashboard is a new one. Actually there is 0.3 beta9 (0.2.9 files need to be downloaded as well) Ok thanks. So the 0.2.9 is the latest release version, and 0.3 beta 9 is the latest beta? I'll ditch the one I got from Google Play and grab the new ...

Re: Shoot Raw+JPG, xfer only JPG from cam to qdd?
Hubaiz, Thanks a lot for your fast answer. Yes I had the Google Play version. I found the qDD and will give it a try. Thanks again, :D Wait, which is the current version? Is it the one listed here: http://dslrdashboard.info/downloads/ which says version 0.2.9 or the Google Play version here: https:...

Re: Source code of qDslrDashboard
Is it possible to help with the development effort? It's a great piece of software, but as with anything, it could be improved.
I'd be willing to do some work to improve it. Have you considered taking volunteer developers, or have you thought any more about open sourcing it?
Thanks for your efforts!

Re: Is Nexus 7 supported? How can I make tablet model is supported?
Thanks for all the tips everyone. This has been a help. Ezee - I actually have read the manual located at http://dslrdashboard.info/documentation/ I swear I didn't see that link you posted anywhere. I guess maybe I overlooked it, I dunno. Still, it never hurts to have another look at the docs. Or is...

Is Nexus 7 supported? How can I make tablet model is supported?
Hi all, Sorry for the noob question. I'm trying to understand once and for all what to look for when determining of an Android tablet will be compatible with qDSLRDashBoard. First off, the Nexus 7 16GB looks good and is in my price range. Does anyone know if it's supported? Also, specifically what a...

Re: Recommended cheap Android devices
Thanks for the info. It sounds like you had a really good experience with the Pipo. I researched it, and it sounds pretty nice indeed. I've got to think about getting a Windows tablet though. I'd also wanted to experiment with some stuff using an Arduino and an Android device. But you have a good po...

Re: Recommended cheap Android devices
BTW, are there any other lower cost 7" tablets that for sure support USB Host mode? I like the price and features of the Google Nexus 7 7", but it seems from Google that the USB host mode is crippled on that model.

Re: Recommended cheap Android devices
Thanks for the feedback klausesser. I'd actually been leaning towards the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7" but couldn't verify that it has a UBS host mode. That's really the most difficult thing to find out via Google.
I'll have a look at the LG 8" tablets. thanks again

Re: Recommended cheap Android devices
Google searches notwithstanding, I too have a question about what good, cheap Android devices are capable of running qDSLRDashboard. I don't plan to leave my device outside, although I can't preclude the idea. Still though it makes sense to me to have an extra device instead of relying on my main me...

Live View - changing focus point - OS X app
Hi, I'm using qDslrDashboard with a flashed TP-3040 and my Nikon D300 and D700 cameras. I'm connecting with the OS X version of the application. I can connect fine and trigger the shutter, cage setting, etc. But I can't figure out how to change the selected focus point. I try clicking the screen wit...
