Re: Focus Stacking and Continuous Capture mixing up
What a fool I am! I realized that during this test the Continuous Capture option was probably set on my camera. Sorry for this wrong alert: no mix up with Focus Stacking when Continuous Capture is unset. Therefore this was not really an error but I suggest that qDD should check if Continuous Capture...

Focus Stacking and Continuous Capture mixing up
Hi. This problem occurs with V0.3 beta 9 and 10 for Android ARM, MR3040 or USB connection, Galaxy S3 smartphone or Galaxy Tab PRO. Camera: Canon EOS 5D Mark II I enter the Focus Stacking mode and set the parameters (Direction: Closest, Frame Count -5- and Step -Small- unchanged, Start point: Current...

Re: No picture stored in camera memory
Thank you for the debug build. I will try it tomorrow morning and email the log file.
No special setting for the mirror (or it was beyond my will).
Yes live view was enabled. By the way I noticed that live view turns into black and white while capturing and then turns back to a colored view when done.

No picture stored in camera memory
Hi. With V0.3 Beta 8 for Android ARM, when I press the 'Capture button' (color of the button: white) the camera, a Canon EOS 5D Mark II, makes a sound as if a picture is taken but there is nothing stored into its CompactFlash memory. If I first long press the 'Capture button' it becomes red and furt...

Re: qDslrDashboard V0.3 beta7 for Android ARM
Hi Zoltan, Sorry but Beta 7 does not solve the problem I have since the first release of V0.3: I'm unable to connect my Canon 5D Mark II. The app closes as soon as I try to connect the camera (ie switch on camera and choose qDslrDashboard as the application to be used), whatever the kind of connecti...

Re: v0.3 bugs
Hi Zoltan, Sorry but I am still unable to connect my Canon 5D Mark II to V0.3, even with Beta 5: the app closes as soon as I try to, whatever the kind of connection (tried USB and MR3040). No such problem with V0.2.9. I am ready to do any test that could help you to clarify this problem and to fix i...

Re: Focus Stacking not updating parameters
Thank you for your answer. Yes, you clearly mention such a limitation in page 12 of the manual. This limitation appears to be attached to the 'Focus movement buttons': I have verified that FPs are cleared when using a different step from the one used before setting FPs. But it is not mentioned in th...
