Re: 6D "no movie recording when wifi enabled"?

If you want to record movies using iDevices you need to use WiFi router with USB (TP-Link MR3040, HAME MPR-A2, etc) which is connected to camera by USB.
Canon and Nikon do not allow to use built-in WiFi while recording movies.

Re: v0.3 bugs

Will check the USB disconnect issue. With beta3 texts got bigger (than beta2) and does not fit in buttons ("Focus stack" and some button texts in focus stacking window, Sky Stack) or overlap like shutter time and f.number on bottom of the screen or parameters on lists (e.g. LV cross list)...

Re: v0.3 bugs

On Windows x64 (beta 1)(win 7, 8.1) app is crushing when connection with camera lost. What connection type did you use (USB, Network) ? Forgot that - it crushes with USB. With network (MR3040 or another PC) it app just does not now that camera was disconnected for about 20 seconds and then returns ...

v0.3 bugs

On Android (beta 2)(Nexus 5, CM11): - there is no USB connection, nor with Nikon (D7k, D5200, D610), nor Canon 6D if root is not used. With root access it works. - keep screen on does not work On Windows x64 (beta 1)(win 7, 8.1) app is crushing when connection with camera lost. With Nikon while in L...

Re: Application Crash Galaxy Tab 4 and qDslrDashboard Dashboard v0.2.9

It works fine with iOS but only with WiFi connection because iOS devices don't have USB.
Sometimes you just have to re-enter IP address in qDD (long press on network button).

Re: qDslrDashboard Live View Frame Rates

Frame rate depends on power of computer/device.
On Nexus 5 I get from 15fps (@1.7GHz) to 23-25 (@3GHz)
On cheap 7" Windows 8.1 tablet with 4 core Atom processor (can't remember CPU model) I get 15-17fps.

is it possible to use another IR remote control shutter to shoot ?
No. While in LV you can control camera only from remote device.

Re: highlights

You cannot view highlights, there is no such option.

In LV I think it can be done only by camera it self. Video sent to remote device is low quality and showing highlight would be very inaccurate.

Re: tp 3040

There are no instructions for W8.1. On all systems (Linux, windows, OSX, android) you do it in exactly the same way. 1. Download firmware (2 files) for your router - v1 or v2 - it depends on version of your MR3040. 2. Install "factory-image" as firmware update though router management web ...

Re: Android phone can not see the photos

3rd time - It's problem with your system, not qDD. Change this useless built-in gallery app. Why Android system gallery APP not? Many phones are the same. Use only QuickPic? Previous DslrDashboard seems there is no such problem. By default android scans for media files only on boot, so later added ...
