Check if WinUSB driver installs for all USB ports.

I haven't notice any significant differences in LV refresh speed between DD and qDD.
I'm using it mainly on Nexus 5.

On older versions of qDD where LV histogram was turned on by default it was slower but now it works similar.

When in LV camera is in remote only control mode (PC sign on top LCD). You cannot change exposure, you cannot view pictures on camera LCD, you can only access camera menu but not all options are available. This is how Nikon designed it to work. Interval time is not a time between 2 shots. It is a time between 2 following intervals. qDD tries to take photo on beginning of each interval. If camera is not ready it will crash qDD.
