Compositional overlays in LR in LV.

Pls check out LR’s compositional grids. You have the usual rule of third and a host of other useful ones. They would be perfect in LV.

Visible when toggling that option in crop mode.

Oh great can you kindly point me to it. I’ve used the Mac app a few times but did not see it. Still waiting for AppStore app btw.

Oh a universal app would be very cool. The bigger the tethering monitor the better it’s is for more detailed work.

Manual Focusing Assistance

Wondering if the system has focus peaking or the like. When I used the Mac version zooming in on the image in LV wasn’t really helping as much because at a certain point I’m only looking at noise.

Does using software assisted focus stacking help photoshop do a better job at stacking the photos? I find that my trial copy of helicon will stack flawlessly without a remote while ps gives me blurred blotches here and there.
