Is the MR3020 USB powered? How do we know if we’re looking at V3 or not. Many merchants don’t specify this.

Merchant sent this instead of a MR3040. Looks the same and packs the same features except for the model name and the fact that the firmware is in Chinese!

I picked up one online but surprised to get a chinese version. It looks the same and have the same feature set but the model no is MU 1U if I’m not misktaken. Is this useable?
