Thank you for the link but I already did try that all that happens is when I download it start it it installs and then I run it and ALL I get is black screen nothing else even downloaded qDslrDashboard_V0.3.beta2_Android_arm to my PC, transfer it to my tablet, installed it.. and same.. black screen ...

How do I install this new version of dslrdashboard on android tablet ? because in this version that I have from google store thingie.. I dont have Canon WTF option.. and when I go to the link to download it directly , it installs fine, but it will not start.. screen is blank and after some time, tab...

I am working on rooting my tablet and then I will try to connect it with 6D for now I have other problem, because after I install dslrdashboard I don't see WTF option, and it says that in new version of software you have that option when I go directly to the link, software is not responding and I go...

You are missing that in normal use, with no tablet or anything IF you enable Wifi movie recording will be disabled... so I dont see why it would be any different if you connect anything over WiFi
