Chromebook App

Since a few apps for android are able to be run on a chromebook I thought I'd give it a try.
Using Archon Runtime and twerk apk builder I was able to get the app to actually pull up and was able to navigate through the menu, but was unable to connect my camera via TP Link MR3040 or via USB.
Anybody out there more tech savvy than me that could figure out a way to get it running?
