Shutter button hotkey

Post by ldeuser »

Is there a way to add keyboard shortcuts so i don't have to use a mouse to take a picture? I would love to use a wireless usb presentation clicker to initiate capture. Any ideas on how I can achieve this? Love the program!! A++

On dekstop version you can use the 'Enter' (Return) key to initiate the capture.

alt works too for me. However I really, really want more hot keys.. user programmable ones would be best but Il take what I can get. up/down arrows for shutter control are at the very top of my list. So when you are in live view you can simply hit the up/down arrow to change the shutter speed much like rotating the wheel on a camera. As it is now you have to click on the shutter speed in the lower left corner to bring up the drop down menu select the shutter speed I want then close then examine the screen and repeat if Im not happy. Ahhh so slow and cumbersome having to mouse back and forth while holding flashes etc.

F3/F4 -/+ shutter
F5/F6 -/+ aperture
shift + F3/F4 -/+ ISO
