Alternatives to the TP-link MR-3040

I have a canon 5dm3 and lack in camera wifi, it appears now that the TP-link MR-3040, is limited in availability and very expensive, I was wondering if any one has found an alternative solution.

Thank you, Have just received the GL-MT300A in the post time to work out how to make it all work ...
