Movable buttons, and set triggers from keyboard

Hi,
I thought a good idea would be to be able to drag and drop parts of the gui to where you want them.
I have a disability and hand movement is hard, so for me, having lots of buttons close together would be great, and the ability to position them.
Further, it would be great if you could add hot keys for a bluetooth keyboard, that are customisable.
EG, 1=lowest aperture, 9 = 9 apeture steps higher,
Q= slow shutter speed P= 10 shutter stops faster.
If it was further customisable so that you could choose the slow shutter speed to start at say 1/60 or another speed to suit you.
Space bar to take the shot etc.
