Using qDslrDashboard built-in intervalometer

I should like to use the ramping time option, but it’s greyed out. Why is this. I want to increase the interval with the decrease in shutter speed from 1000 to 10secs that is sunset to darkness. I don’t want to change the fstop. Please advise.
