Video Funktion with Nikon D5000

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet with Android and a Nikon D5000.
I would like to DslrDashboard with the LV function video. With a USB connection the video icon is not displayed. Is this function with Wi-Fi or it is not a D5000. If the cameras from Canon support? I want to buy either a 70D or 700D. The video feature is very important for me.

The D5000 does not have the required PTP commands for starting/stoping movie recording.
