Custom Bracketing: allow more than -5 and +5 EV

Hi!

Is there any reason why the Custom Bracketing limits the exposure offset to -5 and +5 EV with the A7RII?
For instance, I can set 7 exposures below and 7 exposures above, with an offset of 1 EV, but then the sequence looks like this:
-5, -5, -5, -4, -3, -2, -1, 0, +1, +2, +3, +4, +5, +5, +5.
Since this is not using the camera bracketing, I don't understand why there would be such a limit.

The app is great and gives a lot of controls over the camera otherwise, thanks a lot for your hard work.

Probably the problem is that the max/min Exposure Compensation value that the camera support is 5 / -5

I see. I was under the impression that the Custom Bracketing was deciding of the shutter speed bracketing values itself, not relying on the Exposure Compensation.

If the camera is in M mode it will use the shutter speed. If the camera is set to A mode it will use the exposure compensation.
