Canon 6D Auto holy grail issue

I have the same problem I found in an earlier post, but cant find the solution.

I now have the same problem. It was working but now not - capture sample does not transfer to phone, hence no auto holy grail - using 6D & samsung s4.

It was suggested to reinstall the app on another forum, this did not work. Help appreciated.
