Issue Android 4.4.2 - software crashes

Hi, i have a Bq aquaris 5.7 with Android 4.4.2 and when i try to connect my nikon d750 through cable the APP crashes and shutsdown.

This mobile phone allows usb otg.

Do you know why is this happening? When i use Wi-Fi i have no problems. But in Wi-Fi mode Nikon d750 doesnt allow video recording.

Check the qDslrDashboard 'Use Android native USB access' option. Try enabling/disabling it before you connect the camera.

it didn't work. When I connect the camera, the software stops and shuts down. I tried two options with usb option ON and OFF.

Any ideas?

Is it because Android 4.4.2 is too old?

Android 4.4.2 should work. Can you just start qDslrDashboard without a connected camera?
