Record Live View

app version is 3.5.3. I am running the D5300 ad-hoc wifi and a Sony Xperia Z4 tablet. The qDslrdashboard manual says: "Record live view while movie recording – if enabled, the application will save the live view stream into a local file when movie recording is started." I take that as the LV feed is saved on the cameras memory card. When I try to start recording from the tablet, the wifi disconnects. No recording is stored.

This feature is currently no implemented as it wasn't working properly.

Also - if you read camera manual you will see that there is no movie recording with built-in wifi on D5300

OK! I missed that! The D5300 manual actually says that you can end a wifi session in a number of ways, e.g. by starting a film recording.
