Ok I reset everything to default again. On default there is only one interface 'LAN' and AP 'DDServerAPP'. This AP is visible on my control device (android tablet) but no connection is possible. Then I established a 2nd interface 'WLAN' with same IP settings as 'LAN' and could connect to my tablet.
Now I could connect to 192.168.1.1 web interface on my tablet and checked for software - 'ddserver' is available.
Finally I checked the system log but could not find any entries like in your post - nothing like 'new USB device found' and nothing about NIKON camera
Last entry in the log file:
TH Aug 31 17:39:56 2017 daemon.info dnsmasq-dhcp [1003]: DHCPACK(br-lan) 192.168.1.211 34:31:11:dd:4d:4d android-ac6d4d4bfbfc6f22
Looks like this is the connection to my tablet
IP configuration TP-Link MR3020

Please don't change anything, if you constantly changing something how to detect what is the problem?

Re: IP configuration TP-Link MR3020
Thanks.
According the screenshots the wireless configuration is ok.
By default there is no password setup for the AP so eventually check the 'Wireless security' tab and setup encryption (i use wpa2-psk)
Eventually try changing the wireless channel under the 'Operating frequency'.
Is the 'DDServerAP' wireless AP listed on your controlling Android tablet?
If yes try connecting to it. Does it connect?
Monitor the 'Associated Stations' part, after your Android tablet connects with wireless it should be listed there.

Re: IP configuration TP-Link MR3020
Then connect your DSLR with USB to the MR3020 full size USB port and turn it on.
In OpenWrt web interface check Status->System log to see if the camera is recognized.
Start qDslrDashboard and press the 'Network' button (second from left)
If it does not connect then long press the 'Network' button and enter 192.168.1.1 as IP address
Eventually do a screenshot of qDD after you pressed the 'Network' button.

Re: IP configuration TP-Link MR3020
As can seen from the System Log at 11:32:29 'Client multicast query........' ddserver was found by qDslrDashboard but there where no cameras found on the USB port.
I suggest you follow this post: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2101
by attaching your dslr to the full size USB port, turning it on and then making a screenshot of the Status->System Log output

Re: IP configuration TP-Link MR3020
Hi Zoltan,
I'm very happen: could connect to my NIKON D810 and enjoyed wireless remote control via MR3020 on qDD. Just for your information I'll attach last system log.
Thanks again for your great support and your patience. Is there any way to support your project by donation or something like this?
