Problems Download pictures to my iphone

Hello my Name is Heiko and I‘m new in this forum.
I‘m using the qDslrDashboard Version 3.5.4 with the TP Link TL-MR3040 and my Canon EOS 600D.
Singe this week I have Dome Problems if I Download pictures to my IPhone 6s. If I download pictures some of them are grey and cut up.
Has anybody a Idea what could be the reason.
