V3.5.7 Inability to download videos

Using v3.5.7 Windows 7, with a Canon 200D (Rebel SL2).
Videos recorded OK but not able to download them from the card to the PC, just says "Download 1 images from camera", but doesn't start transfer. Luckily you can delete videos.
I'm not sure if you can usually play video through qDslrDashboad, but this doesn't work either.
