Problem connexion USB

Hello, it's been a while that I had not used qdslr and when I want to connect in USB with a canon 100d, I run qdlsr, then when I click on the icon usb, I have the following screen and the app leaves.
I have version 3.5.9. Once in a while, I can connect. I can connect more often if I turn on the camera before, I go liveview, then I run qdlsr, but it does not work every time. An idea of the problem?
