the shutter action doesn't work on my 7R3.

if i set the camera on pixel shift mode it's working and takes the 4 pics. But on normal mode nothing happens

i have the same problem.i tried it both on iphone and ipad,neither worked.

i got the same problem just like you. connection was fine, but can't take pictures. i tried to run tests both on iphone and ipad. neither works.
but must point out that this does't happen to everyone. my friend has a7r3 too, his works just fine.
