No lines in liveview

Hi!
I don't see the vertical and horizontal lines in liveview. qDD version is 0.2.6 on Android ARM (hardware: Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet) connected via ddserver to a Canon EOS 1000D. How do I switch them on? I tried every menu point in the liveview mode. I found one that sounded right: 3x2,2x2,... but when I change the setting nothing happens.
